1) Wait a minute or so after pressing PLAY.
2) Your internet connection may be too slow (if you’re using dial-up, theres pretty much no chance lol)
3) It should work fine, if you are still getting just a black screen it may be you are behind a firewall that is stopping the video stream. Try turning off all firewalls. Most schools (if you are viewing from a school computer) have firewalls that block the video.
