A: I
started
by
buying
magazines
when I
was a
kid, I
started
on some
blank
decks
and the
saved up
enough
money
for a
pro
board
when I
was in
grade 8.
Q:
Where
did you
start
skateboarding?
A: In
the
Dundas
area,
there
are some
good
hills
and
ramps.
Q:
How did
you
learn
about
Evolushun?
A: Well,
I
stopped
skateboarding
around
the end
of high
school
and then
picked
it back
up in my
early
20's. I
went to
the
first
Evolushun
skatepark
and
helped
build
the 2nd
and 3rd
Evolushun
park.
Q: Do
you
offer
lessons
to
skateboarders?
A: Yes.
I have
been
since
the 2nd
skatepark
opened.
Q:
What
advice
would
you give
inspiring
skateboarders
who are
just
starting
out?
A: Have
fun and
learn
the
basics
first,
don't go
jumping
into the
halfpipe
from the
start.
If you
learn
the
basics
then all
the
other
tricks
will
come
easy.
